Force Factor Score: Dosage Directions

Force Factor Score comes with a serving size of 4 capsules per day. This, although a bit annoying, is actually a great way to dose a supplement as it keeps the beneficial ingredients circulating in your system for longer.

You can take Force Factor Score with or without food. Preferably the former if you have a sensitive stomach.

Ingredients in Force Factor Score

Force Factor Score Ingredients

Here are the ingredients in Force Factor Score:

  • L-Citrulline (1500 mg) – helps boost nitric oxide which dilates your blood vessels allowing for more nutrients and oxygen to be delivered to tissues throughout your body.
  • Tribulus terrestris Extract (fruit) (300mg) – Good for prostate health in older men, ineffective for testosterone boosting.
  • Black Maca (Lepidium meyenii) Extract (root) (275mg) – Excellent natural choice for increasing sexual desire and performance.
  • Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium sagittatum) Extract (aerial parts) (255mg) – Some minor evidence suggests it may raise libido, although it’s not conclusive. Most of the evidence comes from animals.
  • Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Extract (root) (250mg) – Great choice for lowering stress levels, although Ashwagandha can also be used as a natural herb for fertility and masculine strength. Underdosed though (the optimal dose is 600mg per day).
  • Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) Extract (leaf) (120mg) – Mostly used by older folks to improve cerebral blood circulation, although it may also help improve blood flow to the penis.
  • L-Theanine (100 mg) – Calming amino acid from tea and mushrooms, it makes you feel a bit more relaxed. 150-200mg is the optimal dose, however.
  • Coenzyme Q10 (50mg) – Again, underdosed ingredient, one that doesn’t do much for libido or testosterone at that. Even if it was dosed properly for its purpose (200mg or higher), you’d hardly notice any effect from CoQ10 since it’s more of a “preventative” type of nutrient.
  • BioPerine® Black Pepper Fruit Extract (5mg) – Helps you digest other ingredients more easily.
  • Long Pepper (Piper longum) Extract (fruit and leaf) (4 mg) Another bioavailability enhancer, helps reduce nausea and other potential side effects of other ingredients in Force Factor Score.
  • Cayenne Pepper (Capsicum annuum) Powder (fruit and seed) (3mg) – Known for its metabolism-boosting properties, it needs to be dosed much higher than 3mg to work.

Our thoughts on the ingredients

The good news is that there are no “proprietary blends” in Force Factor Score. This means we can easily see the ingredient doses, and assess them for safety and efficacy.

So, do the ingredients work?

Some of them are excellent. L-Citrulline will improve blood flow to your muscles as well as penis, whereas plants like Maca and Horny Goat Weed should enhance your libido and sex drive. [1, 2, 3]

However, there are no actual testosterone boosting compounds in this product. It’s missing vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, and some other core nutrients that have been shown to elevate T levels. So while great for libido, formula is lacking in terms of other benefits that come from raising testosterone – such as improved muscle building, better mood and confidence, and faster fat loss among others.

Speaking of fat loss, there are a couple of ingredients in Force Factor Score, though some of them are underdosed. Cayenne Pepper for example, is an excellent choice, but the optimal effective dose is 20mg of more per serving – Force Factor Score only has 3mg.

There’s also green tea and caffeine missing to really amp up that thermogenic effect and get you burning more energy from fat.

Under “other ingredients,” aka fillers, you’ll find titanium dioxide, a compound studies have shown to be a potential carcinogen.

Overall, the ingredient profile of Force Factor Score looks solid for those looking for a libido boost. In terms of other benefits – including mood, strength and muscle building, and fat loss – it’s not as good as claimed.

Force Factor Score Reviews and Testimonials

Force Factor Score has a fairly mediocre score on most websites, including Amazon, where it has 3.7 of 5 stars. Here are what some customers had to say about it:

“Waste of money. Took as directed for almost a month now, does nothing. Eat a handful of dirt everyday. It’s free and you’ll get the same results.” – TR5150 (Amazon Customer)

“At first it didn’t work only taking 2 before a performance. But as any herbal, you need to take enough and be consistent. I took 1 with breakfast and one with dinner and within a week I had morning wood and better performance when needed. It’s worth a try. I may boost up to 3 per day and see.” – MC (Amazon Customer)

“OK, so I’ve tried other products with Horny Goat weed and the like. This one is ok. I’m of the opinion that not all supplements work the same on all people hence you will find a wide range of reviews. Find one you like and that works for you. I did not have any stomach issues with this. The dose of 4 capsules is large and does bring the cost of bottle up. Results were just ok.” – Scott Bright (Amazon Customer)

Side Effects

Force Factor Score shouldn’t cause any side effects in healthy individuals. The ingredients in the product are well-known and commonly used in supplements of this type. While some of them are underdosed (and by extension ineffective), they should not cause you any sort of negative reactions.

That being said, some customers did complain about side effects, so it’s best to check with your doctor if you aren’t sure if this is the product for you.

Cost, Where to Buy, and Other Things to Consider

Force Factor Score is available on Amazon, CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, and other big retailers. Force Factor Score costs $28.99 for a bottle of just 19 servings, meaning you’ll need to buy multiple bottles if you plan to use it at least a month to see the effects.

The good news is, Force Factor Score ships worldwide including to Canada.

Force Factor Score Review: The Bottom Line

Force Factor Score is claimed to be a powerful libido booster and nitric oxide enhancer, as well as supplement that will improve all aspects of your masculinity – including muscle growth, fat loss, and confidence.

However, it fails to deliver in some of these departments. While good for libido, it’s missing ingredients that would affect your testosterone levels, and by extension, things like muscle building and fat burning.

Although it does have a few decent fat-burning ingredients, they’re underdosed which limits their effects. Plus, Force Factor uses some cheap forms of ingredients, including Titanium Dioxide, which could come at the cost of your health in the long-run.

The price isn’t too high, but you only get 19 servings per bottle. It’s better to invest into something with more proven ingredients and a cleaner formula to ensure long-term efficacy and also safety.
