Nature's Plus T Male Review

Nature’s Plus T-Male REVIEW: How Good Is This Testosterone Booster?

As a man, you want to keep your vitality at its peak. That way you can tackle your daily challenges with ease and keep your performance at a high level. There is probably no better way to accomplish that than to keep your testosterone levels in check.

Although people immediately assume testosterone enhancement is possible only with synthetic substances and steroids, this is far from the truth. A healthy and active lifestyle with the addition of natural testosterone boosters can do wonders.

In the search for the best male health supplements on the market, we took a look at Nature’s Plus T-Male. Whether it fulfilled our expectations, you can find out in the full review below.

Pros

  • Good Boron dosage

Cons

  • Proprietary blend
  • Underdosed ingredients
  • Not the best ingredient choice for testosterone boosting

[Nature’s Plus T-Male SUMMARIZED]

With its testosterone booster T-Male, Nature’s Plus didn’t manage to provide us with a praise-worthy male health supplement. The formula is underwhelming and doesn’t stand out in any way. At least not in any good way. The proprietary blend formula and average & underdosed ingredients make this supplement below average. As such, we cannot recommend it as the best choice.

What is Nature’s Plus T-Male?

Nature’s Plus T-Male is a natural supplement that helps your body keep optimal levels of the male sex hormone – testosterone. In addition, it also supports your strength, vitality, energy, and mood.

It comes in the form of capsules and contains a blend of herbal extracts, vitamins, minerals, and polyphenols. Let’s see if it’s any good.

Ingredients in Nature’s Plus T-Male

Here is a full display of the T-Male’s formula:

Nature's Plus T Male ingredients

Its testosterone-boosting formula mainly consists of a patented fenugreek extract, a proprietary blend of various potent compounds, and a mineral called Boron. Although it contains a mix of vitamins and minerals too, their daily values are way too small to have any noticeable effect.

Let’s inspect the most important ingredients.

FuranoMax™ Fenugreek Extract 300 mg

Fenugreek is a libido-enhancing herb traditionally used in Arabic regions and India. In T-Male, it comes under a patented name called FuranoMax.

Interestingly, fenugreek improves glucose metabolism and consequently has a promising anti-diabetic as well. That said, it may be beneficial for people who supper from diabetes and similar conditions.

While effective for libido, it shows conflicting evidence for testosterone boosting. Some studies show enhancement in testosterone production, while others quite the opposite. That said, further evidence is needed to fully confirm whether fenugreek influences testosterone production or not.

Wither way, Nature’s Plus T-Male doesn’t contain a good dose of fenugreek. For male health, recommended dosages go between 500-600mg, while T-Male contains only 300mg.

T-Male Proprietary Nutrient Blend 200mg

This part of the formula consists of Ginger extract, Ginseng, Tribulus Terrestris, Turmeric, Rhodiola Rosea, and a few other compounds. Although this blend contains some decent ingredients in it, we wouldn’t swear on its effectiveness.

Proprietary blends are a loophole in the law that allows manufacturers to bulk up their ingredient list without displaying the individual dosages. That way, they can put small and ineffective dosages in the supplement without us even knowing.

To illustrate, the recommended dosage for Tribulus Terrestris is around 2-3 g. On the other hand, the whole blend in T-Male that contains Tribulus and seven other compounds is only 200 mg. That said, there is no way this proprietary blend is effective.

Boron 5,5 mg

When consumed at higher dosages, the mineral Boron gets the attribute of being a testosterone enhancer. This may be true, however, it still lacks proper research to confirm it fully.

Nature’s Plus T-Male: Dosage Directions

According to the instruction provided by the manufacturer, you should take two (2) capsules of Nature’s Plus T-Male each day, both at once. Gradually, for better results, you can amp up the dose and take those two capsules twice a day.

Reviews and Testimonials

We took a look at Amazon’s Customer Review section. Although not always the most trustworthy source of information, customer reviews can be a useful tool to get a feel of what the product is like.

To our surprise, T-Male is pretty well-received among customers. Based on its formula, we expected a much worse rating. However, it got an average rating of 4.3 out of 5 which is decent.

But since only around 400 people rated it, which is not a lot, you should take this with a grain of salt.

Side Effects

Nature’s Plus T-Male should be safe and shouldn’t cause any serious side effects.

However, it’s important to note that fenugreek metabolites in the body to sotolon, a compound that may change the smell of the urine when it gets secreted from the body. This is nothing serious and something you should worry about. However, be aware of it.

As always, we recommend talking to your doctor first before you take T-Male or any other supplement on your own.

Cost, Where to Buy, and Other Things to Consider

On the official Nature’s Plus website, a 60-count bottle of T-Male sells for $31.30. Each bottle contains 30 servings.

Also, you can find T-Male on Amazon, iHerb, and similar retailers that sell supplements.

Nature’s Plus T-Male Review: The Bottom Line

Unfortunately, we are not too impressed with Nature’s Plus T-Male. A proprietary blend formula with noticeably underdosed ingredients is a deal breaker to us and in our opinion, T-Male is not worth your money. Its formula is below average and noticeably lags behind leading testosterone boosters within that price range. For the same price, you can easily find better products.
