Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster Review

Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster Review: Does it WORK?

Here’s our review of Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster, a natural dietary supplement designed to support your health and performance as a man. Its main claims include a boost in energy levels, increased libido, and easier time losing fat and building muscle as a result of higher natural testosterone.

The question is, does Bioschwartz T-Booster actually work as claimed? How does it compare to other men’s health supplements in the natural market. We kick off with a quick summary to get an idea of what you can expect from using this product.

Pros

  • All-natural, no unnecessary fillers
  • Contains a few excellent mood enhancers – including Mucuna Pruriens
  • Ashwagandha is shown to help lower cortisol
  • 60 capsules per bottle, 30 servings
  • Cheap price

Cons

  • Several key testosterone boosting ingredients are underdosed
  • Missing some core ingredients like magnesium
  • Tribulus Terrestris does not raise T-levels
  • Overall ineffective for libido, testosterone, and muscle building

[Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster Review Summarized]

Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster is a relatively cheap, natural men’s health supplement. It’s a good option for people who want to improve their mood and reduce stress levels, thanks to its key ingredient Ashwagandha.

However, it also comes with some major downsides. Most of its core t-boosting and libido-boosting ingredients – like vitamin D and zinc – are underdosed. It also uses ineffective herbs like Tribulus Terrestris which science has long debunked.

Additionally, Bioschwartz Testostesrone Booster only has 1 serving per day, which limits how long its beneficial ingredients will stay in your system. The best T-boosters use multiple servings per day to maintain the effects.

While Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster contains Fenugreek and DIM – two compounds which can lower your estrogen levels – these ingredients alone can’t do all of the heavy lifting. As a result, we don’t recommend this product specifically for T-boosting and libido boosting; there are better options on the market for that purpose. If mood enhancement is all you’re looking for, then this could be good enough option for you.

Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster: Dosage Directions

The dosage directions are to take 2 capsules once daily, preferably with a meal and water.

Easy and simple to remember – yes – but also limits the effectiveness of the supplement. A single serving per day will only last you a few hours, after which you’re back to baseline.

Ingredients in Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster

Here are the active ingredients of Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster:

Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster Ingredients Label, Facts, and Information

In case that ingredient label image didn’t load properly for you, here’s a full list of ingredients and their dosages in Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster:

  • Vitamin D3 – 600IU (15mcg)
  • Vitamin B6 – 1.6mg
  • Zinc Citrate – 11mg
  • Fenugreek Seed Extract – 500mg
  • Tongkat Ali Root Extract – 400mg
  • Diindolylmethane (DIM) – 100mg
  • Tribulus Terrestris Extract – 100mg
  • Ashwaghanda Extract – 100mg
  • Mucuna Pruriens – 75mg
  • Chrysin – 50mg
  • Rhodiola Root Powder – 50mg
  • Boron – 2mg

There are several things to like about Bioschwartz’s T-Booster Formula. For one, it contains some of our favorite ingredients for testosterone boosting and libido, including zinc, Fenugreek, Ashwagandha, Boron, and vitamin D3. The ingredient label is also clean and transparent, without too many filler ingredients – which is always a plus.

However, Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster is also far from the best men’s health supplement we’ve seen.

There are quite a few issues with the formula that need to be addressed.

One is that some of the key ingredients are underdosed. Way too much.

600IU of Vitamin D is far below the study-recommended dosage of 3,332IU for boosting testosterone, libido, and energy levels in men. Such a low dosage will only serve you as a preventative measure against deficiency; don’t expect it to be raising your T levels anytime soon!

The same goes for boron. An otherwise important and highly effective natural trace mineral, the dosage of 2mg is not enough to provide you with a substantial effect. The minimum effective dose that studies have used is 10mg. At only 2mg per serving, it is unlikely to have an effect.

Then there’s the usage of unproven ingredients. Tribulus Terrestris, while heavily hyped, has long been debunked in the scientific community. Apart from offering some prostate health benefits, there is nothing about Tribulus Terrestris that makes us recommend it for a male health supplement. (source: examine.com/tribulus-terrestris)

It doesn’t boost testosterone, nor does it boost other anabolic hormones (contrary to the marketing claims you see everywhere). There are far better ingredients that could’ve been included in its stead here – magnesium citrate for example.

Though, as we said, there are still some good sides to Schwartz Testosterone Booster. It contains a good amount of Ashwagandha, which is excellent and highly effective for reducing cortisol. This hormone is incredibly detrimental to testosterone production, so lowering it can have a nice impact on your energy levels and mood.

Mucuna Pruriens is also a good choice; it helps to raise dopamine levels associated with motivation and brain function amongst others.

Is Bioschwartz T-Booster’s Formula Any Good?

So all in all, would we say Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster is the worst men’s health product you can get?

Definitely not. It’s got some good basic ingredients that should give you an effect – primarily in the stress reduction and mood boosting department.

But is it the best testosterone booster/libido enhancer out there? Far from it!

While beneficial for helping to keep your cortisol levels in check, we don’t believe Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster will actually boost your male hormone or sexual performance. If that’s what you’re looking for, then there are far better formulas for that purpose on the market right now.

Reviews and Testimonials

There are currently over 245 reviews of Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster on Amazon. It is also available on its official website as well as on iHerb, where you can find more testimonials.

Generally speaking, Bioschwartz T-Booster is a decently-rated product; with a 4.1/5 stars on Amazon. While most users were happy with the safety of this supplement, some did find it less effective than what they hoped for. Here are a few testimonials:

“I seriously did not notice any difference after taking the pills for a week. I might try one more to see if it helps more the 2nd round.” – Amazon Customer

“I did seem to have some boost in mental and physical energy.” – Carl Ivey

“Did nothing for my husband – he didn’t notice any change or increase in energy or libido.” – Kristina Serrator

Side Effects

Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster is unlikely to cause any side effects. It contains ingredients that are commonly found in T-boosters and men’s health formulas, all of which are studied for their safety. Reports of negative reactions from using Bioschwartz Testosterone Boosters are rare.

With that said, if you have any condition, speak with your doctor before using it. For example, if you already have low cortisol, then Ashwagandha might not be the best ingredient for you as it can further lower cortisol levels and cause issues. We’re not medical doctors, nor do we offer advice; if you’re seeking advice, it’s important to check with a professional before using any new supplement.

Cost, Where to Buy, and Other Things to Consider

Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster can be bought from Bioschwartz’s website as well as from iHerb and Amazon. It currently sells for $16.99 per bottle (30 servings) on the manufacturer’s website.

Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster Review: The Bottom Line

All things considered, Bioschwartz Testosterone Booster is a disappointing supplement. Apart from helping to balance stress levels, there’s not a whole lot this supplement can do.

If you’re looking to simply feel better and be in the better mood mentally, then this could be enough for you. Bioschwartz’s T-Enhancer contains a few well-researched ingredients for mood, including Ashwagandha and Mucuna Pruriens. Some of you may also notice a slight increase in strength levels from this testosterone booster.

But as far as actual testosterone boosting goes, there are better options on the market. If you’re serious about raising you t-count naturally and also enhancing libido and sexual performance, we’d do more research before buying this one. Otherwise, it could be a cheap option for those who aren’t looking for anything substantial!
